

PRIMAVERA PASTA
SERVES: 2-3

INGREDIENTS

1 Box Casalare GF Penne or Vegie Penne
-
1/2 Jar of Organic Aurelio Primavera Sauce
-
1 x Tablespoon Spiral Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-
1 x Garlic Clove minced
-
½ Red Onion Finely Sliced
-
Parmesan or Pecorino Cheese or Plant Based Alternative
-
50ml Thickened Cream
DIRECTIONS

1. In a large pot of boiling, salted water cook pasta as per packet instructions.

2. While the pasta is cooking, gently fry minced garlic and onion in a frying pan until fragrant then turn the heat right down to low.
​
3. Very gently add half a jar of Aurelio Primavera Pasta sauce and bring to warm.
​
4. Add the cream and stir through.
​
5. Once the pasta is cooked, drain, and add to the frying pan with the pasta sauce and toss till all is stirred through.

6. Serve immediately with freshly grated parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
