KIMCHI
PASTA
SERVES: 2-3
INGREDIENTS
• 1 x 250g box Casalare Brown Rice Spaghetti
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 4 middle rashers bacon, finely chopped
• 1 cup kimchi, finely chopped
• 85g butter
• ½ cup shaved parmesan
• Salt and pepper
FEATURED:
DIRECTIONS

Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Season with salt. Add Brown Rice Spaghetti and cook 8 mins, drain immediately.

Heat oil in a large frypan over medium-high heat. Add bacon and fry until almost crispy, then add kimchi and butter and fry until kimchi is heated through and butter melted.

Serve spaghetti topped with kimchi mixture, shaved parmesan and a generous grind of black pepper.
