INGREDIENTS

60g Casalare Organic Sprouted Brown Rice Flour

25g almond meal
-
25g coconut oil
-
25g maple syrup
DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 170C.

In a large bowl, add rice flour, almond meal, coconut oil and maple syrup and mix well. The mixture should start to come together as a dough.

Roll biscuit dough out between two sheets of baking paper to about 3mm thick.

Reroll remaining dough and repeat.

Using a selection of shaped cutters, cut out and gently lay them on the prepared baking tray.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until light golden.

Place them on a wire rack to cool and enjoy!
