BROWN RICE
BISCUITS

INGREDIENTS 

  • 60g Casalare Organic Sprouted Brown Rice Flour

  • 25g almond meal

  • 25g coconut oil

  • 25g maple syrup

DIRECTIONS 

  1. Preheat the oven to 170C.
     

  2. In a large bowl, add rice flour, almond meal, coconut oil and maple syrup and mix well. The mixture should start to come together as a dough.
     

  3. Roll biscuit dough out between two sheets of baking paper to about 3mm thick.
     

  4. Reroll remaining dough and repeat.
     

  5. Using a selection of shaped cutters, cut out and gently lay them on the prepared baking tray.
     

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until light golden.
     

  7. Place them on a wire rack to cool and enjoy!
